The age evaluation date determines whether a player is eligible for participation in a division. For example, an age evaluation date of June 1, 2025, will look at if players are between the ages of 8 and 12 as of June 1, 2025.
If an age evaluation date is not set, the start date of the event is used. The start date can be modified in the Event Admin menu > Event.
