An organization is any account with unique financial settings. One organization can have multiple websites set up to suit their needs.
Multi-orgs can be set up to enable a parent organization to give admin access to specific individuals on the parent organization's site. From here, these individuals can create their own organization that can run events, all while using the site and branding of the parent organization. This feature allows multiple organizations to all conduct business on the same website. If you would like some help setting up a multi-org, do not hesitate to contact our support team.
For example, here we have an account that manages multiple organizations. When we create a new event, we have the option to select which organization we would like to run the event.
Similarly, we can switch between which organization we are viewing the settings as. On the Settings menu, we can click change
which brings us to a "Select Organization" page. A dropdown menu lets us switch organizations.
